To confirm a reservation we require a credit card to guarantee it. We do not charge anything for any cancellations that arrives by December 29th.
If the cancellation arrives on December 30th, 50% of the requested price. If the cancellation arrives on December 31th, the full price of the tasting menu will be charged.
If the customer does not show up, the full price of the tasting menu will be charged.
